Our commitment
We follow GDPR (EU) and DPDPA (India), and build with security and data privacy by design. We collect only what we need, protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures, and never sell it.
Who is responsible
Decalion is the controller of personal data processed through this website. Controller details are listed in the Imprint. You can contact us about privacy at the email address shown in the Imprint.
What we collect and why
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, optional company, service of interest and message you submit. We use this only to reply to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, where you ask us for a quote, steps taken before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless a contract is formed or the law requires us to keep records for longer.
Who receives it
Messages are delivered to us by our email service provider, which acts as a processor under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics later, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
